Stockholmshem
I was client manager and responsible for the strategy of Stockholmshems new web solution. Built on the
content management system EPiServer,
the new solution has helped Stockholmshem to communicate with
customers and provide functionality and service on a whole new level.
The project included development and rollout of the new solution including training and migration of content. A new graphical and technical platform was produced, new functionality developed and integrated with back-end systems. Organization routines and guidelines were established and processes for handling customer requests had to be developed.
Stockholmshem is Stockholms second largest landlord with more than 35000 apartments.
